We are currently seeking a seasoned financial expert to take on the role of Group Financial Controller.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and strategic professional to lead our financial reporting and compliance functions, driving accuracy, timeliness, and transparency across all financial accounts, tax compliance, and audit processes.
About the Role
This critical position requires a strong focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency. As a key member of the Finance Leadership Team, you will play a vital role in shaping a values-driven culture and providing commercial leadership that supports long-term business success.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all financial governance activities, ensuring compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and accounting standards.
Manage the end-to-end monthly reporting cycle, including preparation and review of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
Ensure all group reporting requirements are met within strict deadlines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
4+ Years Experience in a similar position.
Extensive experience in financial reporting, governance, and compliance within a complex, multi-entity environment.
Strong technical accounting knowledge, including proficiency in managing P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, tax compliance, and audit processes.
Proven leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing finance teams.
Exceptional analytical and communication skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and present insights to senior stakeholders.
