The organization we are looking for a Financial Manager who can contribute to the success of our company by enhancing financial performance and operational efficiency.

This key role is responsible for managing financial reporting, forecasting, data analysis, and compliance. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading financial performance management through accurate and timely reporting
  • Implementing systems and processes to meet compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Managing month-end close process, reviewing balance sheet reconciliations, and preparing consolidation reports
  • Overseeing preparation of monthly management reports
  • Partnering with operational leaders to inform financial decision-making
  • Developing and maintaining effective financial policies, processes, and controls
  • Driving team performance through recruitment, coaching, and development
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to monitor costs, streamline operations, and achieve strategic goals

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional who possesses strong financial acumen, leadership skills, and a passion for building high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in senior financial management, including oversight of Accounts Payable/Receivable teams and end-to-end financial reporting
  • A Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification or equivalent
  • Demonstrated strength in interpreting, analyzing, and presenting complex financial data to stakeholders
  • A proven track record in driving process efficiencies and implementing cost control measures
  • High proficiency in Excel and extensive experience with ERP and CRM systems
