**Job Overview**

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to provide premium home care support to our clients. As a Home Care Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to enable individuals to live fulfilling lives at home.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide personalized care to clients, including assistance with activities of daily living, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transport, and companionship.
  • Deliver care in accordance with the client's care plan, developed by the Care Designer (Registered Nurse).
  • Meet the safety needs of the clients and use equipment safely and properly.
  • Complete accurate and thorough records and documentation.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • Possess a strong passion for making a difference in people's lives.
  • Showself-led leadership skills, taking responsibility for own behavior and success.
  • Be coachable and willing to learn.
  • Have previous caregiving experience, which is an asset.
  • Must be able to speak and write in English.
  • Other languages will be an asset.

**Mandatory Requirements**

  • Enrolled or completed a minimum Cert III in either Aged Care, Community, Individual Support or Disability, or extensive industry experience.
  • National Police Check (Aged Care/Vulnerable Persons Sector).
  • Working With Children Check.
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module Completion.
  • NDIS Worker Screener Clearance.
