You will provide quality personal, social and emotional care and support to residents in line with Arcare's Values, contributing to residents' overall wellbeing.Your Key ResponsibilitiesPersonal Care: Assisting with showering, dressing, toileting, and grooming while maintaining residents' dignity and privacy.Mobility Support: Helping residents with walking, mobility aids, or transfers (e.g., bed to wheelchair).
Monitoring Health: Observing and reporting changes in health or behavior.Meal Assistance: Supporting dietary requirements and aiding residents during meals.Maintaining Records: Keeping accurate care records and observations (in systems such as eCase).
Collaboration: Working with nurses, doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care.Skills & ExperienceCert III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalentAdaptable, passionate and willing to learnCollaborative, strong teamworkFriendly, effective communicationReady to ApplyIf this role fits you, apply now.
