**About the facility**
- Our major sites include University Hospital Geelong in Geelong's CBD, the McKellar Centre precinct in North Geelong, Barwon Health North in Norlane, and residential aged care facilities spanning the region. Comprehensive mental health, community health and dental services are delivered through various programs across the Barwon South West Region, including Torquay and Colac.

**About the role**
- The Project Lead, Cellular Therapies will be responsible for developing a comprehensive project plan to establish a CAR-T cell therapy clinical trial service at Barwon Health. CAR T-cell therapy is a cancer treatment that uses patient's own T-cells to kill cancer. This includes oversight of 1) establishment of a CART-T cell capable clinical trials service, and 2) the delivery stage of CAR-T cell clinical trials and subsequent standard of care CAR-T cell therapy at Barwon Health over 3 years.
- The Project lead,Cellular Therapies will support and liaise with the clinical trial sponsor, will have attendance at site initiation visits, will be involved in staff mentoring and support tailoring procedures to site. The Project Lead will also establish and coordinate a Steering Committee Peter Mac to oversee the project and responsible for connecting and working with key stakeholders across Barwon Health Cancer Services and Peter Mac.
