**Job Opportunity:**

The Occupational Therapy Department at Barwon Health requires an experienced leader to oversee the management of a large team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced Occupational Therapist to provide operational and professional leadership to our department.

The successful candidate will lead a team of over 40 full-time equivalent staff across The University Hospital Geelong and McKellar Centre, as well as provide professional leadership to about another 90+ Occupational Therapists in primary care, mental health, and subacute programs across the organisation.

The role entails overseeing the Occupational Therapy student education program with over 1600 student days from 3 different universities and facilitating research activity within the profession.

This senior position contributes to strategic planning, leading a professional practice portfolio, and representing the department at committees and on organisational working parties as required.
