**Your Role**:
As an Operations Assistant, you'll be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring our apartments are not just places to stay, but sanctuaries of comfort and style for our guests. You'll be instrumental in maintaining our high standards of quality, solving problems on the fly, and welcoming guests into their temporary homes with warmth and efficiency.

**What You'll Do**:

- **Guest Greetings**: Be the face of Mega Style Apartments, offering a warm welcome to guests from around the globe. Your friendly demeanor and efficient check-in process will start every guest's stay on the right note.
- **Quality Assurance**: Conduct regular quality checks and manage contractors to ensure every apartment is in tip-top shape. Your meticulous attention to detail will ensure guests have a flawless stay.
- **Creative Problem-Solving**: Use your excellent problem-solving skills to address guest concerns and find fair, effective solutions. Your ability to handle challenging situations with grace will enhance guest satisfaction.
- **IMPRESSIVE ADDITIONAL SKILLSET - Maintenance Mastery**: Tackle property maintenance issues with a keen eye for detail, ensuring every apartment meets our high standards of quality. From fixing a loose toilet roll holder to managing inventory, your handiwork will keep our spaces pristine.

**Who You Are**:

- A handyperson with a knack for fixing things and keeping spaces looking their best.
- Exceptionally organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and get things done efficiently.
- A problem-solver who approaches challenges with creativity and a can-do attitude.
- Excellent at communicating, especially when dealing with difficult situations or customers.
- Flexible and reliable, ready to step in when needed, even if it's outside of normal hours.

**Experience We Love**:

- Background in property maintenance/management, hotel maintenance, operations, or similar roles.
- Experience as an Airbnb host or in short-stay accommodation settings.
- Previous work as an executive assistant, showcasing your organizational prowess.

**Position Details**:

- **Type**: Casual (15-25 hours a week), primarily afternoon to evening (2pm-8pm).
- **Location**: On-site at our properties in or near Melbourne CBD and Southbank.
- **Salary**: $25.00 per hour.
