We are seeking a skilled Operations Assistant to support our busy team.

**Job Description**:

As an Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing client relationships
  • Coordinating supplier contracts and procurement activities
  • Leading pre-start project preparations, including job setup, permits, and insurances
  • Providing regular progress updates to the Project Manager
  • Supervising and coordinating employee and subcontractor tasks
  • Supporting multiple projects simultaneously
  • Managing post-project activities, including defect resolution and project reviews

**Requirements**:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least one year of experience as an Operations Assistant
  • A strong understanding of site documentation, including plans and specifications
  • Excellent administration, communication, and IT skills

**Benefits**:

This is a full-time opportunity with flexible scheduling, offering a competitive salary range of $64,000 - $121,000 per year.
