We're looking for an Office Leasing Analyst who will contribute to the leasing function by organising the implementation of new systems and technologies that collate and analyse market data.

Responsibilities include: *
- Effectively collate and manage data for the leasing department
- Collaborate regularly with stakeholders across the business
- Source, prepare, collate, manage leasing data from different sources
- Assist with analysing leasing data from agents
- Assist with interpreting the data and preparing marketing presentations
- Learn, adopt, and leverage best practice data management practices to deliver improvements to the analytics and modelling functions of the business.
- Contribute to the development of technologies that assist in analysing and presenting data
- Attend WIP meetings and take minutes
- Ensure new processes are implemented within defined time windows
- Manage data governance - performing audits to identify errors in reporting outputs and implementing corrective action.

The role will require a high attention to detail, intermediate excel skills along with excellent communication skills both verbal and written and a curious, analytical mind
