Property Leasing Analyst

Seeking a detail-oriented Property Leasing Analyst to support the team with leasing deal analysis, property related statistics, and internal valuations.
Key responsibilities include:
- NPV analysis, cashflow forecasting, IRR calculation, scenario analysis
- Preparation of property related statistics
- Internal valuations on a capitalisation and DCF approach
- Providing analytical support to property and asset managers
- Portfolio budgeting and forecasting
- Strategic planning and business development
Candidates should hold a relevant degree (Accounting, Economics, Commerce etc) and possess 4+ years of property experience or strong modelling, valuations, and analysis skills. Commercial acumen, business partnering abilities, adaptable approach, and innovative mindset are essential for success in this role.
