**The Role - A Day in the Life of a Team Leader**
As a Team Leader within our Career Transition Assistance/JobLab contract you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and facilitating a variety of training programs. Your mission is to support participants in achieving their training and employment goals. Additionally, you will oversee and lead a dedicated team of CTA/JobLab trainers across the operations region, ensuring the delivery of high-quality training and consistent support for all participants.
**Your Key Responsibilities will include**:
- Oversee and lead a team of CTA/JobLab training advisors across the operational regions, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
- Ensure training sessions are effectively planned, scheduled, and executed to meet participants' needs.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations whilst maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Market and promote the CTA program among Workforce Australia providers and other stakeholders and build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to enhance program visibility and participation.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance participant engagement, success whilst monitoring participant progress and provide additional support as needed ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality training programs.
**Criteria for Success**
- Experience within the Workforce Australia Contracts
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and delivery techniques relevant to mature customers
- Ability to provide effective advisory, coaching and/or mentoring support
- Sound time management skills and the ability to lead a small team to achieve results
- Current Driver's Licence
- A recent, clear National Police Check
- A current NSW Working With Children Check
