Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to lead our epoxy flooring installation teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate daily site tasks, ensuring all necessary materials and equipment are on hand.
  • Read and interpret site plans and job specifications to deliver high-quality results.
  • Maintain the highest standards of safety and quality on-site.
  • Liaise with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in epoxy or resin flooring.
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
  • Excellent understanding of floor preparation and coating techniques.
  • A valid White Card and driver's licence (essential).
  • A forklift or EWP licence is highly desirable.
  • The ability to travel to various job sites around Sydney.
