Sonoma Bakery Rose Bay are seeking an experienced, versatile and dynamic retail supervisor to join our team with keen customer focus - knowledge in Speciality Coffee is preferred.

A player experienced in Food & Beverage and Customer Service to anchor into the small passionate team work reatil service, floor service with artisan sourdough, food service and speciality coffee.

Looking for someone who gets product quality, possess strong service experience, placing focus on consistency in everything you do and enjoy a bit of fun & sparkle with the team and customers.

Role will be located in the heart of Rose Bay - no where better.

ABOUT:

- Maintain daily operations and SOP to allow the store to hum
- Ambassador going above and beyond customer service
- Detailed approach to product knowledge
- Management of Payroll and COG systems
- Championing Sonoma Standards in Customer Service and Hospitality
- Assisting in all areas of the store
- Ensure all Sonoma processes are followed
- Manage stock and daily ordering
- Lead and motivate a team to deliver the best service
- On-going advice and training of staff in accordance to Sonoma guidelines
- Various growth opportunities

YOU:

- Experience in a similar position
- Experienced in food service
- Experience in slinging speciality coffee
- FSS essential
- Customer focused with clear communication skills
- Team leadership
- Experience in Store Management with financial targets
- Ability to work under pressure
- Hard working & enthusiastic attitude
- Eye for detail and cleanliness

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $28.00 - $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 32 per week

- Speciality Coffee: 2 years (preferred)
- Financial Management in Hospitality: 2 years (required)
