- A high-volume retail background is essential, with experience in managing busy sales floors effectively.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills are required to identify challenges and develop actionable plans.
- The ideal candidate must possess excellent customer service skills, with the ability to create memorable interactions with clients.
- Adaptability and creativity are key in this dynamic retail environment.
- Physical stamina is necessary, as the role involves standing for extended periods and lifting items up to 50 pounds.
