- To be successful you must have exceptional organisational skills, be able to work under pressure and show initiative. Multi skilling and sound computer skills are all essential qualities. Previous experience working in a mining, manufacturing or industrial roles will be advantageous as would demonstrated knowledge of foreign currency and freight and logistics.**Key responsibilities of the position include**:
- Customer liaison.
- Preparation of quotes, tracking of orders and estimated delivery dates.
- Preparation of invoicing.
- Assist to produce sales reports and KPIs.
- Supporting and assisting Account Managers.
- Ensuring accurate information is entered into Pronto ERP, including part numbers.
- Update and management of information into our CRM system.
- Ensuring compliance to policies and procedures
