Sales Administrator | Reception & Office All-Rounder

We're seeking an experienced and reliable Sales Administrator to join a great real estate team, where flexible hours are available. This is a key permanent position for someone who thrives in an administrative role and is looking to build a long-term career. You'll be the backbone of sales operations and a welcoming first point of contact for clients at reception.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide high-quality administrative support to the sales team
  • Manage reception duties, including greeting clients and handling phone/email enquiries
  • Prepare sales documentation, marketing materials, and property listings
  • Maintain and update CRM records with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Coordinate property advertising schedules and track campaign progress
  • Assist with database management and office coordination tasks
  • Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions

What We're Looking For

  • Proven sales administration experience in real estate or a related industry
  • Long tenure with previous employers (2+ years in one role preferred)
  • Ability to work full-time preferred, but school-hours candidates (8:30am–2:30pm) considered for the right fit
  • Please note: This is an in-office role—work-from-home is not available due to reception coverage requirements
