**_About the Role_**

**_Duties will include but not limited to_**
- Excellent working knowledge of workplace health and safety
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Plan, monitor, and complete work packs.
- Ensures work is carried out and inspected as per the specified requirements
- Resolve day-to-day on-site coordination related issues with the site teams
- Review performance to identify any inefficiencies or inconsistencies
- Develop and maintain relationships with Stakeholders to ensure site requirements are met
- Liaising with site Superintendents and Managers to report on milestones.

**_Requirements & Experience Needed_**
- 2+ years' experience as a Scaffolding Supervisor
- High-Risk Work License holding Advanced Scaffolding
- Working at Heights certificate (within 2 years).
- Confined Space Entry certificate (within 2 years).
- Construction Induction (White Card)
- Full Australian work rights
- Breathing Apparatus certificate (desirable)
- Gas Test Atmosphere (desirable)
- Current Drivers License
- Full Australian work rights
