We are seeking a skilled Scaffolding Site Supervisor to lead our scaffolding and site operations in Queensland.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex remedial works projects, coordinating site crews and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

  • Lead daily scaffolding and site operations, fostering a strong safety-first culture.
  • Oversee scaffold erection, modification, and dismantling in line with engineering designs and safety requirements.
  • Coordinate access solutions to support remedial works such as concrete repairs, steel repairs, and protective coatings.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and mentor scaffold crews and subcontractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  2. Plan and organise labour, plant, equipment, and materials for efficient project delivery.
  3. Conduct safety prestarts, toolbox talks, and regular site inspections.
  4. Maintain accurate site records, progress reports, and scaffold handover documentation.
