This role combines traditional concierge duties with proactive workplace management, creating a welcoming and efficient atmosphere for all.This is a fixed term contract until August 2026.A snapshot of the role:Manage reception duties: welcome visitors and employees, handle arrivals, access passes, enquiriesConduct regular workplace experience sweeps, ensuring cleanliness and stock replenishmentDevelop and maintain strong relationships with employees and clientsCoordinate with FM team for seamless guest experiences, including daily huddlesHandle administrative tasks: emails, phone calls, workspace management, and vendor oversightEnsure exceptional service delivery, anticipating needs and managing events and conference room bookingsIdentify and escalate potential risks to operationsContribute to continuous improvement initiatives and workplace activationsPerform additional duties as requiredSound like you?
What we are looking for:The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to exceeding client expectations.
You'll spend significant time engaging with employees and guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable workplace experience.Diploma or higher education1-2 years experience in hospitality, facility management, or related fieldsExceptional customer service and interpersonal skillsStrong organisational and time management abilitiesExcellent verbal and written communicationAdaptability to new technologies and applicationsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyPassion for creating positive workplace experiencesWhat you can expect from us:You'll join an entrepreneurial, inclusive culture.
