We currently have a unique opportunity for an experienced and driven **Office Administrator **to join the team based in our Head Office at Beresfield. This is a pivotal role in the organisation providing key administration support to the business as well as being the main backup for all of our critical administration roles. This unique position will allow you to have complete ownership over your role, whilst being closely supported by the Administration Team. This will enable you to develop and grow the position and as a result gain genuine recognition for your hard work and initiative.

**Your key duties will include:
- Preparation of correspondence for managers
- Assisting the Contracts Manager in adhoc administration of Head Contracts, Subcontracts, Variations, Deeds and Agreements
- Coordination and administration of uniform ordering and supply
- Assisting the Bid Administrator and Executive Assistant in creating and updating templates for company and project documents
- Backup and supporting the Bid Administrator in the preparation and submission of tenders
- Coordination of ensuring accurate archive records are kept and maintained both on and offsite
- Organisation of travel and accommodation for staff
- Relief of reception during meal breaks and supporting overflow calls
- A wide range of other general administrative duties
- Assisting in event management
- Annual leave backup for a range of other key administrative roles

**To be successful you will:
- Have significant experience in an administration role (preferably within an Engineering or Industrial environment)
- Be highly computer literate, in particular Advanced skills in the full Microsoft Suite and **Adobe InDesign**:

- Undertake all tasks with a high level of professionalism
- Be highly organised, with the ability to work in a multi-tasking environment and manage competing deadlines
- Be extremely proactive, with the ability to take initiative to follow up tasks, develop your role and provide extra assistance where you see opportunity
- Have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Have a strong team ethic, with a willingness to get involved with a wide range of administrative activities as team movements require
- Previous experience in document formatting, and tender submissions will be highly regarded
