We connect brands with the right creators to deliver campaigns that are creative, strategic, and aligned with brand goals.
From influencer management to UGC production, we help brands show up in a way that audiences love and engage with.
What we need
We're looking for an organised, proactive, and creativeAccount Executiveto join our team.
In this role, you will be the bridge between brands and creators, ensuring campaigns are aligned with brand strategies, executed on time, and deliver exceptional results.
This is a 2 day per week role at our St Kilda Offices (Tuesdays & Thursdays).
What you'll be doing
Develop detailedcreator briefsoutlining campaign objectives, brand tone, and deliverables.
Research and identifycurrent trendsto guide creative direction and campaign concepts.
Collaborate with the strategy team toalign content strategieswith each brand's goals and audience.
Source and recommendcreatorswho match brand identity and campaign objectives.
Conductcreator outreach, negotiating deliverables and timelines for gifted and paid collaborations.
Manage influencer relationships acrossgifting campaigns and paid partnerships.
Coordinate and developPR boxesfor influencers, ensuring brand presentation and timely delivery.
What you'll bring
Previous experience in influencer marketing, UGC production, content creation, or account management preferred.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
Knowledge of social media trends, influencer platforms, and content best practices.
Creative mindset with an understanding of brand storytelling.
The ideal candidate has studied or is studying marketing, business or media and has a vested interest in social media.
