This is a great opportunity for a Program Coordinator to join this busy team on a 12-month assignment.
About the role: Assist in the development and implementation of program strategies.
Provide senior level project management/administrative support and coordination.
Create, maintain, and augment reports, analyses, and manage risks and issues registers.
Collaborate with leaders and key stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, assumptions, dependencies, value proposition, and impacted organisational functions and systems.
Facilitate team meetings and manage team kanban board.
Serve as a communication link between team members and other stakeholders in the Scheme and Payment Platforms branch.
Schedule & organise project meetings/workshops with both internal and external stakeholders.
Have a hands-on approach to guide and support the team.
Safeguard program processes and documentation.
About you: You will have 4-6 years' experience working in a similar role.
You will demonstrate strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
You will demonstrate experience in hands-on program management.
You will demonstrate well-developed communications skills.
You will demonstrate competency in Microsoft applications, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
