Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate onboarding activities, including best practice reviews.
  • Establish and maintain university stakeholder relationships through attending careers fairs and events.
  • Conduct program evaluations, solicit feedback from stakeholders, and implement improvements for future programs.
  • Provide training information to placement team leaders and coordinate program inquiries.
  • Monitor and track probation, attendance, and performance in collaboration with work placement team leaders.

Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will work under the direction of an Assistant Director within HR, as part of the Recruitment and Payroll Services team. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

Open to Australian citizens with or able to obtain Baseline Security clearance. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
