North Shore Veterinary Hospital and Veterinary Specialist & Emergency Centre is a general practice and Specialist Referral Veterinary Hospital which has a 24-hour emergency service 365 days per year. It is one of the busiest Veterinary Hospitals in Sydney, located in Artarmon and walking distance from St Leonards or Artarmon Stations.
**Due to Staff Movement, we are searching for a talented Permanent Full Time Client Services/Receptionist.**
This new member of staff will know how important a functioning cohesive front of house team play in a successful Veterinary Practice and** **would suit someone with a Client Service/Reception/Admin career wanting to work where the action is.

**E**ssential Criteria**:
- Passionate and committed to caring for our patients and clients.
- Proven experience in a strong customer service role.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Possess an excellent work ethic, is reliable and has a stable work history.
- High emotional intelligence.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Motivated with high energy level.
- Intermediate to advance level of computer skills in Word and Excel.
- Strong ability to multitask under sometimes stressful conditions.
- Able to work in a team environment and take direction.
- Ability to keep calm under pressure.
**Duties Include but are not limited to**:
- Greeting and managing clients and patients.
- Answering extremely busy phone lines.
- Scheduling appointments for multiple veterinarians.
- Client and patient data management.
- Bank reconciliations.
- Processing pet insurance claims/pathology results.
- Providing administrative support to veterinarians and management.
- Cleaning of Reception areas.
- Helping clients with OTC products.
- Stock deliveries and unpacking.
