Are you an enthusiastic and proactive individual with a passion for healthcare? We're looking for a dedicated **Dental Receptionist** to join our thriving family dental practice in North Rocks. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a close-knit team and make a positive impact in our patients' lives.

**Position Details**:

- **Work Schedule**: Three to four full days per week (8:30 AM - 5:30/6:00 PM)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Front Desk Management**: Welcoming patients, managing phone calls, and handling daily correspondence.
- **Infection Control & Sterilization**: Ensuring all instruments are sterilized and prepared for patient care.
- **Administrative Support**: Appointment scheduling, processing insurance claims (HICAPS/DVA/CDBS), and managing patient treatment plans.

**About You**: We are seeking a team-oriented, **reliable**, and **motivated individual** who is eager to learn and grow within the dental field. You should possess:

- A **positive, can-do attitude** and strong organisational skills.
- The ability to work independently and take initiative.
- A commitment to providing outstanding patient care.
- **No prior experience or formal qualifications are required** We value your enthusiasm and willingness to learn.

Pay: $28.00 - $33.00 per hour
