- Attractive base salary
- Permanent full-time position
- Monday to Friday roster
- 7am - 3pm or, 9am - 5pm rotating roster

Based at our **Belmont** Branch, the Transport Coordinator is responsible for arranging the safest, most cost-effective and efficient transport of equipment for the Coates Business. This can be for interstate, intrastate or customer requirements.
- Source transport services for delivery and pickup of equipment for Coates branches.
- Schedule daily deliveries in Coates' transport management software using both Coates' drivers and contractor drivers
- Liaise with Fleet and Operations departments to ensure timely delivery and pickup of equipment.
- Ensure Purchase orders are raised and completed within the given month.
- Analyse activity and suggest improvement opportunities.
- Ensuring the safety of your team and Coates' customers.

**What you'll bring to the role**
- Previous transport/fleet/logistics experience (desirable)
- Effective time management and attention to detail
- Troubleshooting, diagnostic and preventative maintenance skills
- Previous experience in processing and payment of invoices
- Strong Excel skills and an analytical mindset
- Transport Scheduling software experience (TMS) highly regarded
