Job Title: Operations Supervisor

Toll Global Logistics is seeking two Operations Supervisors to manage and coordinate the transportation of customer products to depots, terminals, and other delivery locations.

These roles will be responsible for the daily administration and operation management, including booking flights, rostering, payroll entry, revenue capture, and scheduling. They will also serve as the point of contact for our customers.

The successful candidates will have:

  • Proven experience in the transport industry with strong administrative skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and time management abilities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A commitment to safety and a focus on Toll's Safety Obsessed Culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate with fuel drivers on planned deliveries and discuss specific requirements to ensure timely delivery.
  2. Develop Load Plans and paperwork that comply with all regulatory requirements.
  3. Monitor site dips against demand and planned deliveries with the customer representative and adjust plans accordingly.
  4. Process Driver's Trip Sheets, Fatigue Hours, Take 5's, and Payroll to ensure accurate hours are recorded.
