Boeing Defence Australia is looking for an Estimation and Pricing Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial role in the success of our business by developing accurate and competitive pricing strategies for our products and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify cost drivers, develop pricing models, and analyse market trends to ensure our pricing remains competitive. You will also be responsible for developing cost estimates for proposals, managing pricing databases and tools, and supporting negotiations with customers and suppliers.
This role is based in Brisbane.
As an Estimation and Pricing Specialist you will be responsible for:

- Develop pricing strategies that are aligned with the company's goals and objectives
- Develop and maintain pricing models for products and services
- Analyse market trends and competitive pricing to ensure pricing remains competitive
- Support proposal development by developing accurate cost estimates and pricing
- Manage pricing databases and tools and ensure accuracy of data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost drivers and optimise pricing strategies
- Support negotiations with customers and suppliers to ensure the best possible outcomes for the company

**To be considered for the role you will have**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in Estimation and Pricing ideally in the aerospace and defence industry
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other pricing tools including Propricer
- Understanding of government contracting regulations and requirements particularly ASDEFCON Contracting templates
