Alliance Airlines is expanding its operations, and we are actively seeking a **_Fatigue Risk Management Partner_**_ _to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring safety and quality across all aspects of our business. **_The Opportunity _**
As a **_Fatigue Risk Management Partner, _**you will provide fatigue risk management expertise and guidance across the operating and support functions within the Alliance Airlines Business.
**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Engagement***
- Develop key relationships with department stakeholders to continuously enhance behavioural and performance expectations.
- Coach and facilitate the continuous enhancement of fatigue risk management.
- Ensure tools and guides to support implementation of the Alliance Airlines FRMS are pragmatic.
- Preparation of data and presentations for the Fatigue Report Review Meeting, Fatigue Safety Action Group (FSAG) and other audiences
- Foster activities which support increased fatigue risk management integration, through awareness and understanding of the FRMS and Safety Management System (SMS).
- Builds and maintains strong working relationships with regulatory and other external customers/contractors as required.
**Fatigue Risk Management***
The key responsibilities are as followed, but not limited to:
- Processing Fatigue Reports as they are submitted into the company eSMS including the classification of occurrences at the appropriate level of risk and allocate assessments to relevant departmental managers.
- Maintaining fatigue risk management databases and records
- Monitor and review the implementation of the FRMS and the effectiveness of risk controls.
- Collaborating with stakeholders on the development of promotional material to assist with training and communications.
- Working with the Network Operations and Payroll teams to ensure all fatigue removals are captured accurately in all systems.
**CAPABILITY PROFILE**
***Qualifications**:
- Aviation experience (desirable) and/or associated Tertiary qualification.
***Desirable**:
- Experience in data collection and analysis techniques (highly desirable)
- Experience in Airline Operations and Crew Management Systems (desirable but not essential)
- Knowledge of aircrew resource management systems and bio-mathematical modelling software (desirable)
- Working knowledge of a Rostering and/or Operations Control environment (ideal, however not mandatory)
**Experience**:
- Experience implementing systems and risk management programs within aviation or resource sectors.
- Experience working both independently and within small teams.
- Ability to chair meetings or take minutes as required.
**Skills and Knowledge**:
- Experience in Microsoft Office suite, in particular Excel and PowerPoint (mandatory)
- A clear, articulate communicator in both written and verbal communication
- Highly organized and used to working to deadlines in a busy and ever-changing environment.
- Diligence and strong professional disciplines including but not limited to confidentiality.
- Shows initiative and can work without supervision.
- Strong analytical and reasoning skills
***KPI's**:
- Generation and analysis of data within required timeframes
- Production of monthly reports within required timeframes
- Validation of Fatigue Reports within nominated timeframes
- Closure of Fatigue Reports within nominated timeframes
This role is 100% onsite based at our National Head Office, Brisbane.
