Reservations Agent – Guest Experience The Star Entertainment Group (TSEG) is a publicly listed company on the ASX.

As our Reservations Agent, you will be part of the Guest Experience team within the Group Customer & Product division, supporting our commitment to delivering exceptional service and memorable experiences for our guests.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you will contribute to the seamless booking experience for our guests, ensuring every interaction reflects our values and enhances our reputation as a trusted destination.
A few of your responsibilities: Handle guest reservations and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency Provide accurate information about our properties, services, and availability Collaborate with internal teams to ensure guest needs are met Maintain high standards of customer service in a fast-paced environment What we are looking for: Experience in front-line customer service or contact centre roles Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment Attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality service A passion for creating memorable guest experiences About you: You are a customer-focused professional with a background in hospitality or contact centre environments.
You thrive in fast-paced settings and enjoy helping guests feel valued and cared for.
Your role will be pivotal in shaping the success of our guest experience team, ensuring every reservation interaction contributes to our reputation for excellence.
