We are seeking a skilled Night Guest Service Agent to provide exceptional customer service in our overnight shift. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering a memorable guest experience by ensuring all guests receive accurate information about our facilities and features.

You will work closely with our Front Office department to greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner, using their name at all times. Your attention to detail will also ensure that cash floats are reconciled accurately and efficiently at the completion of each shift.

To succeed in this role, you will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Previous experience working with OPERA cloud or other Property Management Systems (PMS) is highly desirable. A positive attitude, flexibility, and strong problem-solving skills are essential for delivering exceptional results in this dynamic environment.
