We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Experience Agent to join our team. As a key member of our reservations department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

About the Role

  • You will be the first point of contact for our guests, answering their queries and resolving any issues they may have in a professional and courteous manner.">
  • You will work closely with our Front Office team to ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes for our guests.">
  • You will be responsible for taking bookings and managing room assignments, working closely with our hotel staff to ensure that all guest requests are met.">
  • You will assist with marketing campaigns and promotions, helping to drive sales and revenue for our business.">
  • You will work collaboratively with your colleagues to achieve our business objectives and provide exceptional service to our guests.">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. You will also need to be proficient in computer software, including our reservations system.
