Let us know your requirements, and we'll carefully consider how wemight accommodate them.About the roleAs Credit Functional Lead - Revenue Control, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering initiatives that strengthen our revenue control framework.
Sitting within the Customer Operations team, this role is responsible for analysing and improving cross-functional processes across accounts receivable, consuming occupier (unknown or unauthorised usage), collections, disconnection, hardship, and payment assistance.
You'll lead the design and implementation of process improvements that reduce errors, enhance customer experience, and drive commercial outcomes.
Working closely with stakeholders across Billing, Legal, Compliance, IT, and external partners, you'll ensure systems and processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with business goals.
