**The Role**

We are seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist/Clinical Assistant to join our wonderful team at the New Town Skin Cancer & Skin Repair Centre on a permanent, full-time basis.

This position entails 38 hours per week, scheduled across 4 days from Monday to Thursday.

As a Medical Receptionist/Clinical Assistant in our practice, you will be responsible for:

- Warmly greeting and assisting patients
- Scheduling appointments and pro-actively coordinating the appointment book
- Accurate data entry of patient information
- Processing payments
- Assisting in tidying up consult rooms
- General administration duties as required
- Assisting the doctors with Total Body Photography

**Qualifications & Attributes**
- Customer-focused with a commitment to patient care
- A strong team player who contributes to a positive work culture
- Approachable, reliable and dependable
- Excellent communication skills, professional presentation and positive can-do attitude
- Previous experience in administrative/reception roles
- Sensitive in your approach when dealing with patients
- Authorised to work in Australia
- Current National Police Certificate
