**The Role**:
A&G's Compliance Monitoring Analyst ensures robust incident and breach management to meet regulatory and business requirements. Reporting directly to the Head of Incident Management, you will be part of a key team that investigates, reports, and remediates compliance incidents, fostering compliance across the Group.

**Accountabilities**:

- Manage incidents through their lifecycle: investigation, reporting, rectification, and closure.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and business requirements.
- Develop and deliver compliance education and awareness programs.
- Provide compliance advisory services to support business operations.
- Collaborate with business units to ensure effective incident management.
- Document all incident management activities accurately.
- Monitor and analyse incident data to identify trends and improvements. Engage with senior managers and key stakeholders to foster proactive compliance management.

**Knowledge and Experience**:

- At least 5 years in an insurance business or compliance incidents management role.
- Experience in the general insurance industry is highly regarded.
- Previous compliance or legal experience is highly regarded.
- Experience with risk management systems.
- Leadership and engagement skills, with the ability to manage SME experts the A&G way.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build effective relationships with senior managers and other key stakeholders.
