We are currently seeking experienced Condition Monitoring Analyst to join our growing Brisbane based team on a permanent full-time basis.

**Our Role**:

- The Condition Monitoring Analyst is responsible for the review of oil samples and recommendations for improvement
- Oil samples are reviewed nationally with backlog of samples never going over 300.
- Work closely with sites to deal with reoccurring issues to find sustainable cost-effective solutions.
- Improve the standard of sampling and mechanical knowledge within our field and site teams.
- Work with various teams to implement processes to improve component life
- The role will be attractive to those that have a strong drive to succeed and enjoy a challenging and fast paced and dynamic work environment.

**We are looking for**:

- Tertiary qualifications in engineering / related discipline or a nationally recognised mechanical trade qualification.
- Experience in maintenance of heavy mobile earth moving equipment, in particular CAT, Hitachi and Komatsu
- Demonstrated experience in reliability analysis
- Effective planning and organising skills with the ability to deliver on simultaneous projects with competing priorities
- High-level communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills with proven ability to foster strong working relationships
- Ability to deliver to deadlines
- Substantial knowledge and experience utilising computer programs including Computerised Maintenance Management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
