**Your Role**:
**Responsibilities include**:
**As a Manager in Monitoring and Compliance, you will**:

- lead a team of Principal and Senior Regulatory Officers to plan and conduct high level investigations;
- providing legislative, compliance-related and strategic advice to senior officers and regional colleagues;
- plan and undertake targeted monitoring activities including investigations and associated enforcement activities;
- manage complaints;
- prepare high level documentation to support quality administrative decision making;
- conduct statutory internal reviews;
- guide regulatory staff, including in regional offices, in undertaking regulatory functions; and
- represent the Regulatory Authority in internal and external forums.
