We are on the hunt for Assistant Venue Leaders to join our teams across VIC CBD & Inner Suburbs.

**What's the gig?**
As a Leader in the business, you'll be the one who makes sure everything runs smoothly - from ensuring our customers leave with big smiles to leading a fun, hardworking team. You'll oversee the store's day-to-day, keep the vibes high, and make sure everything's running smoothly.

**What you'll be doing**:
Lead by example and drive exceptional customer service.

Drive and maintain venue cleanliness standards, and keep everything running efficiently.

Day to day inventory management and stock control.

Ensure health & safety standards are met and maintain a safe work environment.

Hire, train, develop and motivate a team.

Manage KPIs including Labour and COGs.

Responsible for venue P&L management.

**Who we're looking for**:
Someone with leadership experience in retail or hospitality (Bonus if you have experience in QSR)

A people person - you thrive on bringing out the best in your team and making customers feel like family.
