**About the role**
As the Campaign Lead, you will be integral in pushing the brand to new lengths, ensuring continual growth as the business transitions to the next generation of drinkers. You will contribute to the development of the customer trade plan and brand strategy, ensuring successful planning and execution of campaigns end-to-end, working cross functionally with the broader marketing team, business stakeholders and agency partners.

In addition you will:

- Manage and execute brand campaigns and projects end-to-end, developing project timelines, budgets and ensuring cross functional alignment.
- Own the overarching campaign brief and communications with all internal stakeholders and agencies.
- Collaborate with the Merchandise, Operations and product experts in the In Store Marketing team to bring discovery to life in stores and every touch point for our customer.
- Manage the media plan and budget for major campaigns.
- Create world class marketing campaigns, maximising business' growth and lead the post campaign review across each channel to assess performance and key learnings.
- Building strong internal relationships, to navigate and influence in a complex matrix environment effectively whilst role modelling Dan Murphy's values and ways of working.

**About you**
This position will suit an experienced Marketer, with previous career experience in brand and campaign management and proven commercial acumen in a retail environment. You will have a strong understanding of optimisation techniques across digital and non digital channels and the ability to work autonomously in a fast paced, dynamic environment; with confidence in your knowledge and a passion for the liquor industry.
You'll have proven experience project managing marketing campaigns end-to-end, with the ability to implement strategy into action, delivering at scale.

To be successful, you'll also have:

- Tertiary qualifications, preferably in Marketing or equivalent experience.
- Budget management experience.
- Media planning and implementation experience.
- Strong understanding of wider cross-functional business planning including category strategies.
- The ability to interpret customer data that can be utilised to build compelling retail plans and also to review the effectiveness of marketing activities.
- Proven capability and resilience across matrix organisations, with experience managing diverse stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Project management & agile mindset/experience are advantageous.
