We are looking for an experienced Marketing Campaign Lead to join our Marketing team.

About the role:
As a Marketing Campaign Lead joining our Trade & Stores Marketing team you will translate the Trade marketing brand strategy into compelling and engaging go-to-market campaigns to engage our trade audience.

This includes developing and executing the agency creative brief, developing a multi-channel marketing plan for key trade marketing campaigns throughout the year (i.e., tax time), with a focus on digital channels and personalisation, as well as executing tactical marketing activities that support the growth of the commercial business.

This role is also key in developing the commercial marketing event and in store plan along with the commercial operations and instore communications teams creating relevant assets for the trade area, acting as a key representative for relevant in store and out of store trade events, and help driving the strategy of the annual trade merch plan.

This role requires an ability to write comprehensive advertising briefs, lead agency briefing sessions and lead cross functional teams to deliver a planned program of marketing activity against tight timeframes. This role will also support the broader trade team across a variety of executional marketing tasks.

As a Marketing Campaign Lead you will:

- Use consumer insights to guide marketing campaign briefs with clear measurable objectives that resonate with build/trade audience
- Develop and manage, in conjunction with commercial team, annual calendar of marketing communications, campaigns and events to drive trade audience growth & retention
- Develop and optimize go to market plans that drive transactions and improve customer participation
- Lead the marketing team event and expos plan, including signage, stands and GTM plan
- Develop and execute marketing plans to support strategic in store trials and growth areas identified within the trade segment
- Collaborate with the digital and content teams to brief and outline the desired customer online journey and education that supports all campaign and trade marketing objectives
- Work collaboratively across different marketing functions, leading agile sessions to generate campaign ideas and help keep campaigns moving forward

About the Role

You are a passionate outcome driven marketer with exceptional strategizing, cross functional collaboration, stakeholder management and communication skills. You are customer focused in your approach for work and have strong project and campaign management skills. You also have:

- An Understanding of home improvement and commercial builders and build/trade industry
- The Ability to create customer focused measurable campaign objectives
- Great focus on cross-functional collaboration and ability to lead without direct authority
