A bit about your role

As the Program Governance Manager - Build Readiness and Improvements, you will work closely with stakeholders from across the business to ensure Build processes, systems and tools are established and fit for purpose for new products & initiatives, leveraging lean six sigma or similar methodologies to drive process development & improvement.

You be accountable for developing process frameworks for new products & initiatives, change management planning and implementation, and stakeholder enablement to facilitate end to end program establishment.

You will also establish relevant program indicators (lead and lag) to support effective program governance.

You will also be required to drive improvement and key initiatives on behalf of Build, using data analytics and business process improvement methodologies to ensure measurable outcomes. As part of the role, you will also be responsible for the production of high-quality executive and operational reporting and performance analysis.

The role will be expected to work collaboratively with stakeholders and corporate groups to ensure the integration and alignment of the improvement methodology with existing NBN processes capabilities and accountabilities, and other strategic corporate initiatives.

Working with stakeholders and corporate groups, you will be a member of a high-performance team, working collaboratively to support and be part of a culture that successfully delivers on the nbn and team purpose & strategy.

A bit about you

As the Program Governance Manager - Build Readiness and Improvement, you will bring strong business acumen and problem-solving skills. Moreover, you will have extensive understanding of & experience in; process development; change impact assessment; stakeholder engagement and business improvement methodologies. Experience in setting up program performance tracking and reporting would be advantageous. You will communicate effectively and have exceptional leadership and time-management skills.

A broad knowledge of multi-technology deployment and construction processes would be a benefit however it is not mandatory.
