Job Overview:

Metcash is seeking a Senior PMO Analyst to drive governance, control, and delivery excellence in its program environment.

  • Support key PMO controls and standards across governance and reporting, risks, issues, decisions, and change control
  • Drive planning and coordination of key program governance forums and contribute to high-quality status reports and pre-read materials
  • Build engagement with stakeholders at all levels to support and guide on program governance and controls processes, tools, and standards
  • Create and maintain high-quality PMO Reports & Dashboards to support timely decision making
  • Support build and maintenance of program plans and trackers using MS Project; Azure DevOps; and Power BI
  • Champion improved processes and practices across the Program - provide coaching and capability uplift to teams and identify improvement opportunities in line with best practice PMO methods
