
Program Governance Specialist

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining effective program governance across various initiatives and projects. This involves working closely with stakeholders to develop process frameworks, drive change management planning and implementation, and facilitate end-to-end program establishment.
The successful candidate will also be accountable for developing relevant program indicators to support effective program governance, as well as driving improvement and key initiatives using data analytics and business process improvement methodologies. They will produce high-quality executive and operational reporting and performance analysis.
In this role, you will work collaboratively with stakeholders and corporate groups to ensure the integration and alignment of improvement methodology with existing processes capabilities and accountabilities. You will be a member of a high-performance team, supporting and being part of a culture that successfully delivers on our purpose and strategy.
We are seeking an experienced professional with strong business acumen and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have extensive understanding and experience in process development, change impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, and business improvement methodologies. Experience in setting up program performance tracking and reporting would be advantageous.
The role requires effective communication, exceptional leadership, and time-management skills. A broad knowledge of multi-technology deployment and construction processes would be beneficial but is not mandatory.
