**The Company and The Role**

The Production Support position has a broad range of responsibilities, which would suit a person who has attention to detail, willingness to learn and gains satisfaction from delivering a high quality service. Must have full working rights for this full time permanent position.

**Job tasks and responsibilities**

At various times you will be involved in:

- Production support using our ERP System.
- Compiling documentation for customers, such as material certificates, job updates, job photos, etc
- Seeking quotations and procurement of engineering goods and services,
- Support of our workshop and site based personnel,
- Develop & maintain good communications and strong relationships with customers and suppliers,
- Working with the engineering team and ability to provide support and documentation for engineering personnel in the workshop.

After on the job training in understanding our business processes and once familiar with the role, you will be required to operate with a high level of autonomy and have ample opportunity to use your initiative in order to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction and build good relationships with our suppliers.

**Skills and experience**

The successful applicant will have:

- Attention to detail,
- Can-do attitude,
- Willingness to learn our business processes and engineering jargon,
- Very good computer skills,
- Exceptional organisational & time management skills,
- Ability to obtain Federal Police Clearance,
- Experience in an office environment and importance in following business processes,
- Training in our business processes and systems will be provided.

**Our offer**
- Full-time position, working 38 hour week, paid weekly.
- Market salary rates $60,000 to $65,000 plus super, depending on skills and experience.
