Reporting into the Production Manager this role will be responsible for managing the full cycle of production of product, ensuring this is achieved on time and within budget

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Effectively manage the production and development stage, through to delivery to hk and aus warehouses
- Pre order styles with long lead time to ensure on time delivery for season launch
- Review and maintain supplier production schedules
- Adherence to internal timeline and company critical path
- Maintain on time delivery & product quality according to company standards and target margins across allocated categories
- Liaise with the product team weekly to update on processes & progress
- LIaise with the design team to work through upcoming developments
- Release and approve all po's and barcode to suppliers
- Prepare fitting list & monitor the fitting process and quality of all samples - p1, P2, PPS, shippers
- Monitor the approval of bulk fabric and accessories of all categories and styles
- Coordinate 3rd party qc inspections and monitor the approval of inspection report, releasing shipments
- Approval of bulk fabric and garment testing report
- Ensure correct care labelling on all garments
- Liaise with suppliers on bulk fabric and bulk garment testing reports
- Liaise with suppliers on trim and fabric approval
- Daily communication with factories, fabric suppliers

**You will have**:

- Previous experience in a production or quality role
- Qualification in têxtile or merchandise preferred
- You're customer centric - everything you do is with our customer in mind
- You are organised & efficient, with a strong focus on achieving results
- You are creative, innovative & you think differently in dealing with both opportunities and issues
- You're a strong, clear & concise communicator
