About the Role

Reporting to the Global Alliance Programs Office as Program Manager, Partner Readiness, you'll be part of a strategic team focused on optimising the overall end-to-end partner relationship across all CrowdStrike GTM channels to ensure mutual success between CrowdStrike and its diverse ecosystem of Partners. In this role, you will be tasked with executing both localised and global partner readiness projects, ensuring our partner base acts as a force multiplier for our sales, services, and support teams.

Key Responsibilities- Build and execute localised partner readiness programs and initiatives in partnership with CrowdStrike alliances leadership, partner marketing, solution architecture, and field teams.- Support strategic aligned theatre alliance and partner initiatives by providing program management oversight with an end goal of maturing GTM capabilities.- In partnership with global cross-functional teams, orchestrate the development and execution of partner focused sales plays, ensuring the voice of partner carries throughout work streams.- Build and maintain CrowdStrike to Partner resource coverage models across multiple cross-functional business units, ensuring coverage and capacity with respective functional leads.- Oversee CrowdStrike instructor led training program activities; registration, credit purchase, redemption, and scheduling.- Work with partners and alliances team to solicit feedback on existing programs/processes, working to continuously drive operational efficiencies.- Continuously advocate for our Alliance Partners, ensuring ongoing alignment with broader CrowdStrike initiatives.

What You'll Need- 5+ years relevant work experience in Partner/B2B ecosystem including Channel, Global System Integrators (GSI), Telecommunications (Telco), Distribution, Technical Alliances, or Managed Service Providers (MSP/MSSP).- Experience in designing, building and delivering partner readiness programs or activities.- Ability to manage a portfolio of projects and maintain project plans or task lists in line with scheduled timeframes.- Familiarity with different tools for hosting enablement training, including Salesforce and Learning & Content Management systems, Tableau and Google Drive tools.- Strong engagement and conflict resolution skills, building trusting relationships across levels and functions both internally and externally.- Takes strong initiative, is a quick learner, and able to execute independently.- Growth mindset, sense of curiosity and strong problem-solving skills.- Excellent general communication and presentation skills.- Ability to distill large amounts of information that enables quick decision-making.- Relevant degree or related experience; preference for business and/or marketing.- Proven ability to work effectively with global teams with different time zones and cultural considerations.- Ability to travel both domestically and internationally up to 10%.
