The Western Force is a professional rugby union team based in Western Australia competing in the elite Super Rugby Pacific and Super W competitions.

As an organisation, the Force has a proud history, having been formed in 2004 and making its Super Rugby debut in 2006 at its original home, Subiaco Oval. Backed by Tattarang, the club operates at the highest level of sporting professionalism in Western Australia and has a strong presence nationally and internationally.

**Job Description**:
Join an exciting and dedicated Retail and Membership team who works with Western Force's passionate fans and Members. From answering phones to serving at the HQ counter — and don't forget game-day, you'll be representing the Force.

Behind the scenes, you'll be valued for your creativity to visually merchandise in-store, at the game and on the Shopify online store to increase sales of Force gear. Your attention to detail in managing stock levels will make you a star. And your, efficient fulfilment of online orders will give the Force five-star customer service.

You'll have a thirst for knowledge and learn with the support of your manager and the wider Marketing and Communications team.

**Qualifications**:
You are a hands-on, and energetic team player who knows how to design an exciting retail environment.

Minimum of 2 years retail experience is a must.

Stocktakes come as second nature.

Customer service is your ultimate passion, and you are calm under pressure.

Be able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Possess excellent time management, organisational and communication skills.

Comfortable using Shopify as the online merchandise sales channel.
