**The role**:
Keller Australia are currently seeking an experienced supervisor who is looking for a new challenge.
**The responsibilities**:
- Overseeing and managing the site team (labourers and operators) as well as subcontracted personnel
- Conduct daily pre-start meetings and toolboxes
- Oversee erection and assessment of plant to ensure safe use determination
- Conduct regular inspection of excavations to ensure they are safe
- Ensure works are adequately planned and resourced in line with specifications and to programme
**About you**:
**To be successful you will have**:
- Experience in a similar role within the piling / construction industry
- Good communication skills
- A strong commitment to safety to promote a zero-harm environment
- Be physically fit to work and travel (a pre-employment medical will be required)
