The resort caters for up to 1,200 guests and offers a range of accommodation options including self-contained villas, hotel-style rooms, and campsites.We are currently looking for a casual Housekeeping Supervisor (with the possibility to go full-time) to join our team
This role would suit a local or someone looking to relocate from Perth - accommodation and meals are available at a reduced cost allowing the right candidate to live and work on-site.Join our close-knit team in this exciting role and work with hospitality professionals from around the world to offer an unforgettable guest stay experience to our visitors.What will you be doing?
Lead our housekeeping team responsible for the cleaning of self-contained chalets, hotel style rooms, caravan park, public areas of the resort and amenitiesPlan daily room requirements and conduct pre-arrival checks.Ensure adequate supplies of housekeeping inventory and chemicals.Proactively manage guest feedback for continuous improvement on customer service.Train team members.Ensure Health and Safety compliance.What are we looking for in you?
Minimum 6 months' previous experience working in a Housekeeping Supervisor rolePrevious leadership experienceStrong time management skillsComputer skillsDriver's License is essentialKeen eye for detail.Ability to lead a teamAbility to multi-taskAvailability to work weekends and public holidays.What are we offering you?
