Civil Design Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Design Engineer to play a key role in delivering civil engineering outcomes. As a key member of our engineering team, you will work independently and collaborate with teams to achieve high-quality services.

Our ideal candidate has a degree in Civil Engineering suitable for obtaining membership of Engineers Australia, plus 3 years of post-graduate experience in urban development or transport infrastructure. They should be familiar with design packages such as Civil3D, DRAINS, MUSIC and Autodesk suite programs, have excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Deliver civil engineering outcomes with minimal supervision
  • Support engineering technical lead
  • Mentor junior engineers
  • Undertake additional work-related training and demonstrate a commitment to self-development for career advancement
  • Collaborate with teams to deliver projects within budget and ahead of schedule
  • Solve complex problems through technical engineering
